Payment and security

Secure payments - Payments are taken via Shopify Payments and Paypal. This allows us to securely accept credit/debit card and Apple Pay payments without capturing or storing your card information on our website. Payment information is collected by Shopify using an inline frame.

Customers shop as usual on our website and pay using either a credit or debit card, PayPal or their Apple Pay account. Shopify processes and collects all payments information from customers.

Storage of information

 We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet or wireless network is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk.

We will only retain your information for a reasonable period or for so long as either you or legislation permits.


Delivery, Returns and Refunds 


UK & International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.

  • UK Next Day Delivery (1-2 working days) currently not available
  • Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)

 Refunds & Returns

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: send the invoice back alongside your unused goods.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded signed for delivery to: Supure LTD / Address 41 Springhill  / Shifnal TF11 8FA / United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

When returning an item(s) please use a 24-hour or 48-hour tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives back to us successfully. If you do not use a tracked delivery service, we are not responsible if the item(s) isn't returned successfully.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on any special offers.



We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we received your returned product.

The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the product is deemed as faulty.


Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team on customerservice@supure.co.uk

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for refund or exchange. 


Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

We will not refund or exchange the product

We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product

If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
